The package ECHO3D is updated to version 1.5. New features: the background can be set to vacuum or PEC. The mesher is improved to treat properly many materials. The manual is updated. The code is compiled for Windows ARM, Windows Intel, MacOS ARM (M1), Linux ARM, Linux Intel.
